What we collect

As little as the work allows. Unyven builds and operates its own software, so there is no client, agency or advertising network on the other side of anything we run. We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy it.

This website

unyvenlabs.com is static. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs — request time, page, approximate location, browser — which we use to keep the site working and which are discarded on a short schedule.

The typefaces on these pages are served from this site's own domain; no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to a conventional CAPTCHA that does not track you across sites.

Amazon Web Services carries contact form messages from this site to our mailbox. The message you send passes through AWS, in the Ireland region, on its way there.

Our products

A Unyven product may have its own privacy notice, written in plain language, naming what it stores, where it is stored, and what leaves your device. Where a product can work without an account, it does.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you typed, together with the time it arrived. No country or location field is collected. That is sent to a mailbox at the studio, using Amazon Web Services as the mail transport, and is not written to any database by this site.

If we reply and the conversation continues by ordinary email, those messages are email correspondence rather than further website-form submissions. We receive whatever you choose to send, including any attachments, through our mailbox provider.

We keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you properly and to hold the thread if the matter comes back. Messages are read by a person at the studio and are not used for marketing.
