Contact us through the form about anything to do with the app: a problem you have run into, general feedback, or a feature you would like to see. A person reads every message.
It helps to include the iPhone model, the iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
What you send
The app never sends your diary to Unyven on its own. You choose what you type into the contact form; this may include health or diary information if you choose to include it. The form has no attachment facility. If we reply and you continue the conversation by email, we receive whatever you choose to send in those emails, including any attachments. How support messages are handled is described in the MigrainePilot Privacy notice.
