Which terms apply to the MigrainePilot app, and where to find them.

The licence
MigrainePilot is published by Unyven LLC and distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, known as the Standard EULA. MigrainePilot has no custom licence agreement of its own.
The Standard EULA is published by Apple at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
This page is a signpost. It explains which agreement applies and points to it. It does not add terms of its own and is not itself an agreement between you and Unyven.
Subscriptions
The optional MigrainePilot Pro subscription is bought through the App Store. Price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store at the time of purchase. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and restoring a purchase are handled through Apple's App Store and your Apple Account, under the Standard EULA and Apple's App Store terms.
What the app is
MigrainePilot is an observational diary. It does not diagnose, predict, prevent or treat migraine, and nothing in it is medical advice.
